1. Can you convert references from one style to another?
Yes. We can convert existing in-text citations and bibliographies from one referencing style to another with precision, ensuring consistency and correct formatting throughout the manuscript.
2. Do you check references for accuracy?
We check references for formatting and internal consistency (e.g. author names, dates, titles, punctuation). We also provide separate Literature Search and Review service as an optional add-in.
3. Can you format footnotes and endnotes?
Yes. We can edit and format footnotes and endnotes according to your preferred style or institutional requirements, including converting between systems (e.g. footnotes to in-text citations, or vice versa).
4. Do you work with reference managers like EndNote, Zotero or Mendeley?
Yes. We can work with documents containing references generated using EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley or similar tools. We can also clean up and manually adjust any inconsistencies caused by incorrect formatting within these systems.
5. Do you offer citation assistance for multilingual or translated references?
Yes. We can format and edit references in multiple languages, and ensure multilingual sources are cited in accordance with international standards or the specific guidelines of your target journal.
6. Do you provide a reference list check against in-text citations?
Yes. We ensure that all in-text citations have corresponding entries in the reference list and that there are no unmatched or duplicate references, which are common reasons for desk rejection or revision requests.
