What is the post-service you offer for edited manuscripts?
As part of Standard Copy Editing service, we offer the following post-service support: -Free Unlimited Q&A with the editor. Discounted MRE at 60% discount if your manuscript is the same as you had originally submitted & if there are no additional sections added to your revised file.
Can I change the type of editing service after submission?
Yes, you can change the type of editing service if the editor has not yet begun editing your manuscript. If the editor has already begun editing your manuscript then you will not be able to change the type of service. Please contact your Client Manager if you would like to change the type of editing service. Need help with protocols, white papers, or updates? What are the different English language styles you use while editing?
We can edit as per two English language styles – American English and British English. You can choose your preferred language style in the online submission form.
Will I be charged for getting my paper re-edited?
No, you will not be charged for re-editing till your paper adheres to these conditions:
・ Your paper was originally edited within 12 months.
・Your target journal has not changed.
If any of the above mentioned conditions does not apply to your paper, additional charges will be communicated.
What post-service support do you offer for edited manuscripts?
If you have selected the Comprehensive Editing service, we offer the following post-service support:
(1) Free unlimited Q&A with your editor
You may contact your editor at any time for clarification or further discussion of the edits made. ·Unlimited QnA with your editor: We understand that most authors would generally have a lot of queries regarding their edited document. We promise an unlimited (and timely) Q&A with your editor with all our Thesis services, till you are fully satisfied and ready for submission.
(2) One free round of re-review by the peer reviewer
You can request a second round of evaluation by the same peer reviewer. Please indicate this request clearly on the resubmission form. We recommend submitting your revised manuscript soon after the initial rou
nd to ensure continuity and to finalise the manuscript prior to journal submission.
(3) Free re-editing support for 12 months, provided that:
・ The revised manuscript is submitted within 12 months from the delivery date of the original edited document.
・ The revised version is substantially the same as the originally submitted document.
Additionally, you may book a 1-hour consultation with a senior editor to discuss your edited manuscript. This Editor Consultation on WhatsApp Call is available as an optional add-on for $100.
Can I change the type of editing service after submission?
Yes, you may change the type of editing service provided editing has not yet begun. Once the editor has started working on your manuscript, changes cannot be made. To request a change, please contact your Client Manager as soon as possible.
Will I be charged for re-editing my scientific paper?
60% discount on re-editing: CrossChannel offers multiple rounds of editing support as an optional service to authors to ensure that their documents are completely ready for submission.
No, re-editing is free of charge as long as the following conditions are met:
Your manuscript was originally edited by us within the past 12 months.
The document submitted for re-editing is the same or a revision of the originally edited manuscript.
Do the conditions for re-editing vary according to the editing service I choose?
Yes, the terms for re-editing differ depending on the type of editing service selected.

When will I receive an invoice?
A final invoice is generated upon completion of your assignment. If you require a Proforma Invoice (e.g. for institutional approval or internal processing), please contact our Customer Service team, and we will be happy to provide one in advance.
