Can I change the type of editing service after submission?
Yes, you can change the type of editing service if the editor has not yet begun editing your manuscript. If the editor has already begun editing your manuscript then you will not be able to change the type of service. What are the different English language styles you use while editing?
We use two English language styles – American English and British English when editing. You can choose your preferred language style in the online submission form.

Will I be charged for getting my paper re-edited?
No, you will not be charged for re-editing provided your paper adheres to these conditions:
・ Your paper was originally edited within 12 months.
・Your target journal has not changed.
If any of the above-mentioned conditions does not apply to your paper, additional charges will be communicated to you. You may contact your editor at any time for clarification or further discussion of the edits made. All Editing Plans and Publication Suites include unlimited Q&A on editing issues until the manuscipt is submission-ready. You can request further editing by the same peer reviewer. Please indicate this request clearly on the re-editing request form. Additionally, you may book a 1-hour consultation with a senior editor to discuss your edited manuscript. This Editor Consultation on WhatsApp Call is available as an optional add-on for $100/£70.

Do the conditions for re-editing vary according to the editing service I choose?
Yes, the terms for re-editing differ depending on the type of editing service selected. To understand the specific conditions applicable to your service package, please refer to our detailed comparison of our support levels and our editing plans.

When will I receive an invoice?
A final invoice is generated upon completion of your assignment. If you require a Proforma Invoice (e.g. for institutional approval or internal processing), please contact our Customer Service team, and we will be happy to provide one in advance.
