Do you provide table formatting within the manuscript?
Yes, table formatting is included as part of our editing services if the tables are submitted in an editable Word format. Many journals require tables to be embedded directly in the manuscript in Word, rather than submitted as separate image files. We therefore recommend reviewing the specific journal’s author guidelines prior to submission.
If your tables are provided in image format (e.g. JPEG, PNG), they fall under the scope of our Artwork Preparation Service, and we can assist in revising and formatting them accordingly.
What changes are made as part of the Artwork Formatting service?
Most journals provide detailed specifications for artwork, which include figures, graphs, diagrams, tables, illustrations, and photographs. Our Artwork Formatting service ensures that all such elements conform to these requirements. This includes:
· Adjusting image resolution to meet minimum DPI standards
· Resizing artwork and ensuring correct aspect ratio
· Modifying fonts, legends, axis labels, and annotations to match journal guidelines
· Converting artwork into the required file formats (e.g. TIFF, EPS, PDF)
· Ensuring appropriate colour profiles (e.g. CMYK, RGB) where applicable
Our specialists use industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint to ensure technical accuracy and visual clarity.
What file types can I submit for Artwork Preparation?
We accept artwork files in a variety of editable formats, including:

Do you offer post-service support?
Yes. We provide free reformatting support for up to 60 days from the confirmation date of the original order, provided the manuscript is being submitted to the same journal. This includes minor adjustments, corrections, or updates needed to ensure continued compliance with journal guidelines.
How can I make changes to my artwork after receiving the final files?
Since our artwork is formatted using specialised design software, we recommend that you submit the final version of your artwork for processing. If further modifications are required after delivery, you are encouraged to contact us via email, and our experts will assist you with the necessary changes to ensure that the artwork continues to meet both your expectations and the journal’s requirements.
Do you provide support after the completion of the project?
Yes. Our service includes post-delivery support for up to 30 days, during which we can make revisions or reformat the artwork as needed for submission to the same journal. This ensures that any adjustments required during the peer review or production stages can be addressed promptly and without additional charge.
